We had a few repairs , Whitney found tradesman) subs) to do the work, checking on them to make sure repairs were done right and in a timely way. Whenever someone wanted to look at the house she was always accommodating to the prospects need. If I ever sell or buy another house she will be the first I will call. With the knowledge and contacts she has we were able to get the home and septic tank inspected (septic tank needed repairs) quickly.
